Rajan Arumugam is the sole owner of Raja Indian Restaurant. He is from southern state of India known as Tamil Nadu. Tamil Nadu is renowned for its rich tradition in literature, music, dance and hospitality. It is well known for its deep belief that serving food to others is a service offered to humanity. Rajan is armed with a degree in south and north Indian cuisine. Rajan has extensive work experience with acclaimed five-star hotels in India such as Windsor Manor (of ITC group) and Holiday Inn. Rajan moved to Australia in year 1988. After working for few years in a Indian restaurant, he opened his own restaurant in year 2000 at Brisbane. Rajan is passionate about cooking and you can see that in this restaurant. In his 22 years in service at Raja Indian Restaurant he continues to build strong bonds with his customers.
